As a co-founder and partner at Nemes Rush, Tim is responsible for advising his clients at each stop on their financial journey. In addition, he oversees the firm’s operations, from investment committee leadership to human resource management.

Tim was first attracted to financial services through a keen interest in money management, but it’s the personal side of the business that has inspired him to remain deeply engaged, helping to fuel a highly successful 30+ year career. With a diverse knowledge base and a rare depth of experience and expertise, Tim is an investment management professional with a reputation for in-depth equity research and unparalleled client service.

Prior to co-founding Nemes Rush, Tim served as a Senior Vice President of Investments for 13 years at Raymond James and 20 years at Merrill Lynch. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Tim lives in Novi, Michigan, with his wife, Rhonda. Tim and Rhonda are proud parents to three kids, one of whom, Justin, joined Nemes Rush as well. He is active in the community and in youth sports, where he has coached baseball, basketball, soccer and football.
